Over the past 15 years I have been studying and testing different shallow running balsa crankbaits. After growing tired of never finding any that ran like my original "Legendary" brass eyed baits I decided to re-create them.
Do not be fooled by those other baits on the market today that may have the appearance of the old baits. I assure you they are not built like the old baits were.

KNOW THIS!
As a competitive tournament angler I realize how crucial it is to have a quality paint job. I also realize that paint and clear coat build-up only deadends the action of the bait. I will make a conscious effort to paint every lure as if it were my own. The quality is what matters and the quality is what will bring back happy customers for repeat business!!
DURABLE FINISHES!
I have a wide variety of paint schemes available. I also have one of the most durable high gloss finishes on the market today. I have developed this technique over many years of trial and error. My high gloss finish will not spiderweb when an errant cast takes your bait into a dock, tree or rocks. Although, repeated abuse has an adverse effect to any and all paint jobs.

Pricing Information.
$10.00 per bait for Custom Paint Job. (Baits are provided by the
customer.)
$15.00 per bait for Custom Paint Job on all giant lures. (This includes
giant striper baits and oversized topwaters.) (Baits are provided by the
customer.)
$5.00 per bait for all "Balsa B" repairs. (This includes wood repair and
bill repair.)
$5.00 per bait sanding fee for all suspending baits that are received
un-sanded.
$15.00 Tournament Rush Fee. (This is a flat fee that is charged in
addition to the cost of any custom painting or repairs. This fee will
place you in the front of the production line.)

BLACK MARKET SLIM
These baits are available in one size, approximately 2 1/2 inches in
length. The Black Market Slim is a flat sided balsa bait that has a square
lip with brass hardware. These baits are hand carved, water tested and
hand tuned then custom painted. The Black Market Slim is available by
special order only. These baits can be painted a custom color if you do
not find a color below listed on the color chart.
Black Market Slim--$50.00 per bait
Payment for the Black Market Slim is due at the time of the order.
BLACK MARKET BALSA'S
These baits are available in three sizes. Small (#1), Medium (#2) & Large
(#3).
These baits are hand carved, water tested and hand tuned then custom
painted. The Black Market Balsa's are by special order only. I do not have
any surplus stock of these baits to work from. Pricing and how to order
information is as follows.

you send a color sample with your order.
